National Mail Order Associations (NMOA)’ ‘Made in America Hot Product Contest’ Extends Entry Deadline

NMOA’s ‘hot product’ contest will be extended until summertime to encourage American manufactures and inventors to enter their products and gain national exposure to be voted as one of the best products made in the USA.

(Minneapolis, MN.,) January 10, 2013 – Due to all the media attention focused on the 2012 election and on the fiscal cliff crises, the National Mail Order Association (NMOA), lead sponsor of the Made in America Contest, has decided to extend the “Made in America Hot Product” contest entry deadline. Contestants will now have until June 31, 2013 to submit their products and consumer voting will be extended until July 31, 2013.

NMOA is looking for as many American manufacturers as possible to have the chance to enter their product for the nation to see. NMOA’s Made in America Hot Product Contest has one main goal: helping the thousands of manufacturers and inventors around the USA.

Voters, via social media, will get to see products they never knew existed, rank how much they like the product using a 1-5 star system, and be able to communicate feedback about a product to the manufacturer.

“American businesses must take action themselves – as opposed to politicians – to do things that can help save American manufacturing and jobs,” commented John Schulte, President of the National Mail Order Association. “As a product marketing trade group we’re trying to do our part by helping US made products get national exposure and attention.”

This contest is strictly promoting 'American Made' products and provides the opportunity to give inventors and smaller manufacturers a chance to get their product noticed.

Contestants will submit their original products to the official contest website and the American public will pick the winners by voting for their favorites.
