Swiggies are
water bottles that are contoured and attach to your wrist for
hands-free hydration. As many know, hyperthermia is one of the most
common serious problems faced by exercisers.
The American College of
Sports Medicine recommends drinking 8 to 10 ounces of water before a
workout, 8 ounces during a workout, and up to 16 ounces after a
workout.
Swiggies was developed for runners, but can also be used by
bikers, skaters, walkers, aerobics, and others. Each cleverly designed Swiggie holds 5.5 ounces of water or
sports drink. The kids version holds 8.
It is strapped onto the wrist
and has a pull top. It eliminates the need to carry water bottles,
which can be cumbersome to carry and break your stride when you have
to stop to take a drink.
Both Swiggies supply you with the necessary 11 ounces (8 ounces
for kids ) of liquid to complete your workout without the risk of
dehydration.
Swiggies are BPA free and FDA food grade approved. They are also
"green" with a recycle number of 2.
Each Swiggie weighs a half pound, which is the perfect weight for
running without putting stress on your joints. When they are filled
with cold water, Swiggies cool your wrists and keep you from
overheating. Swiggies makes a unique gift for any fitness minded
person.
Looking for both distributors and resellers.
