New Business Search Tool

infoUSA (NASDAQ:IUSA), announced its plans to offer a new business search tool called, "infoGenie."

What is "infoGenie" and what can you do with it?

In a traditional business search, our clients search either by a "SIC Code," which was developed by the
government or by a traditional "yellow page" heading that was developed by the phone company.

When you search by the specified SIC code - 171105 for "Plumbing Contractors," you will also
get heating/air conditioning contractors, and all sorts of other contractors.

When you search by the yellow page heading "Plumbing Contractors," you get a broad category of
business in the plumbing industry.

Thanks to the Internet - all the search rules are becoming obsolete. With the use of "infoGenie", you
will be able to search "plumbing contractors" who also specialize in "dehumidification", or plumbing
contractors who "install water softeners", or who specialize in "installing humidifiers."

Over 1 million businesses have websites. They are able to post information about their business on
their website. Within a business website, you can find out a wealth of information about their
company including details about their business, executive names and titles, financial information, etc.
infoUSA plans to take this information from business websites and create a master storage facility
to offer the detailed searches to its customers.

"infoGenie" will take the business search to a higher-level beyond the SIC code and Yellow Page
headings. By incorporating "infoGenie" with "SalesGenie," customers will be able to find a "needle
in a haystack", for whatever their needs may be, either for buying a product or service, or prospect
and researching. This service is scheduled to be offered sometime in 2006.
