BIOS

Mr. Aquiles Vergara - Founder and Executive Director of Xpert Consulting Group. Mr. Vergara worked 18 years with Dow Chemical in Chile where he held operational and managerial positions. He spent 2 years with the Finnish Company, Larox, as Regional Director for Latin America serving the mining and chemical industries in Chile, Peru, Brazil, Argentina, and Venezuela. Mr.Vergara is a Chemical Engineer from the University of Concepcion and has Postgraduate Diplomas in BA from the University of Chile and Logistics from the Catholic University, Santiago.

Ms. Ivonne Paravic - Founder and Managing Director of Xpert Consulting Group. Ms. Paravic has 20 years of work experience in the disciplines of sales, marketing, training, and human resources at Dow Chemical and DuPont, including responsibilities as Marketing Training Manager and Communications Manager for Dow Latin America based in Florida. Ms. Paravic graduated as a Chemical Engineer from the University of Concepción, receiving the University Prize for Academic Achievement. She holds a Masters Degree in Marketing and Sales from ESEM Madrid, Spain.

Mr. Eduardo Acevedo – Xpert Alliance Partner. Mr. Acevedo has over 20 years of experience in human resources processes in a broad variety of important companies, such as Codelco, Bank Boston, Coca Cola, and Banco de Chile. Mr. Acevedo received his psychology degree from the Catholic University of Chile and has worked as a consultant in recruiting, organizational development and performance management. During his career, he has also been a professor at the Law School of the University of Chile, where he taught courses on psychology.
